Caryne Kinne is an entrepreneurial COO and Integrator that’s been helping companies transform, grow and sell for more than 18 years.  She blends the proven EOS toolkit (as outlined in Traction by Gino Wickman), trusted by more than 50,000 companies, and her broad entrepreneurial experience to propel business growth.  She’s a natural born Integrator, thrives on honest conversation that drives improvement and isn’t satisfied unless “stuff is getting done.”

Caryne is passionate about maximizing EOS methodology in your organization to get results, accelerate your growth and achieve your vision.  The company name Balans was chosen as it means “balance” in several languages.  It represents our goal of striking the perfect balance between the Visionary and the Integrator in any organization.
